Happy Sunday, everyone!I
Still working on losing my vacation gain. September was a busy month. October has started busy too but not as hectic, so I am trying to stay on track. I saw 199 numbers twice last week so I am close. I just want to STAY in ONEderland!
I had my annual physical this past week. My blood work is way better than last year, especially glucose and A1C. Last year I was pre-diabetic. This year it is normal. Cholesterol was great, triglycerides great! That is a big non-scale victory.
It is Breast Cancer Awareness month. Get your mammogram if you are of the right age/risk. Men can get breast cancer too. Had my screening on Friday.
Highest weight ever: 254 in October 1999.
Lowest since 1999: 195.
Original starting weight: 243 in 2015.
MFP Starting weight December 25th, 2016: 233
Goal: 180 in however long it takes.
Weekly averages:
September 24th - 30th: 201.1 I gained 0.8 lb. in September.
October 1-7: 200.5
Loss for October: 0.6 lbs
MFP Loss: 32.5 lbs
Total cumulative loss since mid 2015: 42.5 lbs

This past weekend was homecoming for my college, so I ate out for every meal, had quite a few drinks, and generally didn't bother trying to make good eating choices. Monday morning I weighed in at 184.6, so I'm happy with how quickly the water weight is dropping off for me.3 -

Yes. I've decided to weigh-in 1st and last of the month as mentioned before...I might sneak a peek in between the weeks (that rhymes, ha) but only if I feel like I'm truly back on track, otherwise twice a month is good enough for me.1 -

I took my Blood pressure and weighed self Oct 1st and BP was great but weight was disappointing. I can't blame everything on flare ups; I did eat erratically in the last two weeks BUT I'm slowly getting back on track.
