    I like the idea of weighing-in First and last of the month. I think I may give that a try!



    @tiabirdie56 had the idea and passed it onto me. It's a true representation of the entire month and I hope I can get that 5 lbs off !

    I am weighing in on the First and the Last day of each month for a full monthly results total.

    Highest Weight Ever: 253 ( in 2014/2015)
    Original starting weight - 235 (on Jan 11, 2018)

    Ultimate goal – 145 lbs by [deeppink]Valentine’s Day.[/deeppink] By March 15, 2019 I hope to weigh no more than 153 after an initial and expected water weight gain after transitioning off my diet. I am allowing for (hopefully no more than) 8 pounds for the water weight.

    October starting weight - 174.0
    October goal - 5 lb Loss to be at 169.0
    October Actual End Weight: TBD


    Oct 01: 174.0 starting weight
    Oct 08: 174.8 Well, that’s not what I was hoping for! I’ve got to start moving more again to create the deficit.

    Wrong direction! I can feel all the bloat. I know it isn't fat I've gained, but it is still frustrating.

    This past weekend was homecoming for my college, so I ate out for every meal, had quite a few drinks, and generally didn't bother trying to make good eating choices. Monday morning I weighed in at 184.6, so I'm happy with how quickly the water weight is dropping off for me.

    Yes. I've decided to weigh-in 1st and last of the month as mentioned before...I might sneak a peek in between the weeks (that rhymes, ha) but only if I feel like I'm truly back on track, otherwise twice a month is good enough for me.

    I took my Blood pressure and weighed self Oct 1st and BP was great but weight was disappointing. I can't blame everything on flare ups; I did eat erratically in the last two weeks BUT I'm slowly getting back on track.

    Long overdue for a WHOOOSH!

    The real battle is in the kitchen! Focus on your diet. Exercise is just bonus in my book.
