I do this too. My boyfriend got me a withings scale and it’s amazing it averages the weeks or months for you and tells you muscle mass, bmi, water weight - all sorts. I find I plateau for a while then loose - be as consistent as you can with exercise and eating right and don’t be too hard on yourself 😊

Same! I’ve added my Mam and we like having a healthy competition with our steps through the day. Yesterday I did 20 km 😊..best I’ve ever done. I find it’s pretty effective for tracking calories too x

Me too that’s why I’ve been trying time restricted eating. Doing a fasted walk then coming home and having decent sized lunch and a tea with something sweet after. I’m ‘closing my window’ about 8pm and just chilling, having a bath, relaxing and not finding myself hungry. I’ve lost weight doing this recently last few weeks…

Just start off writing les mills rather than body pump and pretty much all of them show up. I usually have to adjust the calories like.

I’ve sampled it too since my gym offered a free trial to get started. I will keep up with it, I’m working from home and enjoying early morning work outs to try and set a routine and squeezing a bit exercise in feels really good. Love the music, love les mills. Body pump is my fave ❤️

Or exercise more to reward yourself with more calories even squeezing in an extra walk helps small snack 🤪

Hiya I’ll join you! I’ve got 40 lbs to loose. Been through so much last couple of years had lots of surgery and been diagnosed with crohns. Somethings clicked and I’m determined to get back to my happy weight 😀

I've got one and I like it! I don't work out in it and haven't used it over Christmas but intend to get a more 'agressive' one soon. It definitely makes your tummy flatter and helps with posture.
