  • You didn't seem to mention exercising. When I first started losing weight I started with just changing my diet. I lost 15 lbs quick just by cutting out most of the crap. Then I hit a plateau. I didn't start losing and getting away from my plateau until I started exercising. Maybe incorporate some exercise?

  • I have been soaking 1/2 cup oats, 1tbs unsweetened cocoa powder and 1tsp cinnamon in 1 cup soy milk over night I'm the refrigerator (not necessary but softens oats) and freezing a banana.
