Week One Results

Week 1: down 6.5 lbs, staying within my calorie intake goals, walking 1.5 miles a day, and still SUGAR FREE!!! No desserts all week, and I was faced with some temptations! How about everyone else?

    I lost 1.2 lbs last week eating what I liked. Including a dessert nearly every night.

    All you have to do is eat in a deficit and you will lose weight. :)

    But hey, sounds like an awesome loss! Well done!

    Wow good job! I wish I could just cut sugar like that. I like chocolate too much haha :( keep it up!
