I get the salted caramel pretzel skinny cow and have those as my reward for the day :) They're amazing and they only have 160 cal and pretty low carbs. Also the cookies and dough is pretty good as well! LOVE SKINNY COW!!!!!!!!!!

I do not ever use real sugar I only drink sugar free stuff, 99% of the time I drink plain water, but my one tablespoon sweetened two cups of tea is counted as far as water although I do try to get as much water as I can before my bladder explodes.

That doesnt make any sense to not count it if you use a sweetener! I spoke with a nutritionist years ago and he said it counts and also so that would mean that if someone uses those crystal lights cant count those as water? no that isnt correct.

Thank you everyone for all your responses, so if I drink 2 cups a day of black tea with a little sweetener in it that counts towards water intake? and what about my breakfast smoothies? They consist of spinach, collard greens, berries and a ton of water

I found A LOT of my recipes on the website theskinnytaste.com there are MANY recipes and all low cal low carb and she gives you ALL the nutrition info you need for each recipe! I found a homemade ranch recipe on there that is only 1 point for 2 tblsps!!!! Check it out!!
