I saw a programme on BBC where they had different groups trying different methods for reducing cellulite. The most effective by far was dry brushing. I can’t remember what the programme was called, but I think Michael Moseley was on it. The results were actually quite dramatic.

I use Huel. I have it for breakfast and lunch, and I like everything about it. I have a “proper” evening meal and snacks. Normally I wear belts on my hips when wearing trousers and there hadn't been any change wearing that as I didn't have a lot to lose and my hips are pretty bony anyway. Today I put a belt on that I wear around my waist to accessorise a dress and it was noticeably bigger! Took me by surprise as I totally wasn't expecting it!

I have had problems with calorie sync too. For some reason the calories shown on fitbit were way over what I logged in my diary on MFP. I only log my food on MFP. Why would it be different? I have the exact same problem as you, only I don't think I've even made it to 9 days!!
