Currently I use Equate which is supposed to compare to Slimfast ... no real complaints but looking for other options... to include more calories

If you like meal replacement shakes for convenience every now and then, it's cheaper to make your own

I personally find actual food more satisfying mentally and physically.

Yeah I love real food too ... the MRS come in purely as a supplement. Just looking for some different ones to try.

Peanut butter is always the answer.

Ah, so you just want a shake to supplement calories. In this case, you can't go wrong with milkshake (or protein boosted milkshake if you need more protein). Many delicious flavors and lots of calories. Also usually cheaper than meal replacement.

I use Huel. I have it for breakfast and lunch, and I like everything about it. I have a “proper” evening meal and snacks. I like that it’s easy and I don’t have to think about what to have for breakfast and lunch, it’s easy to calculate the calories, I feel much better since I started as for two meals at least I’m definitely getting a nutritionally complete meal (which I wasn’t before). They do flavour boosts so you can change it up when you want. I’ve also found that it’s reduced my sugar cravings massively, which is great for eating healthier in between shakes. They also do snack bars and granola now.

Me too. All natural ingredients got me and we've been having a shake a day, sometimes two for a week now and both feel a lot better. I have less sugar cravings too and better control over my calorie intake. Totally recommend Huel.

    Is Huel only available online?
