  • I eat already shelled pistachios and 1/2 cup is 160. I always add over the top of measure 5 extra nuts and stuff 3 more in my mouth but still just log the 160 calories.
  • I rarely if ever eat back my daily exercise calories. For arm fat I got some 4lb weights from Walmart that have straps on them and while I'm watching TV and sitting I work my arms for 10 minutes or so. Took off 1/2" of that flab already!
  • I eat 1/3 cup steel cut oats with 1 cup of berries and 1/2 cup of almond milk every day. put berries oats water in the microwave for 3 minutes stir and pour milk on. yummy
  • I eat nuts. Mostly pistachios. Measure them according to how many calories you want for that snack. I eat 1/4 cup of shelled nuts at 160 calories and then I'm satisfied way more than if I ate sugar.
