I’m in a similar boat, I never had to worry about my weight before but I got diagnosed with hypothyroid/hashimotos when I had my first (now 7) and I’ve been struggling with weight ever since. Im hoping that by having more support, I’ll stick to this more consistently. Feel free to add me! 🙂

Hi! I usually just use MFP to track but I think it would be more fun to have some MFP pals for support. Feel free to add me 🙂

Hey! I just started implementing intermittent fasting a week or two ago and I really like it so far. My husband has been doing IF for like 4 or 5 years and I finally decided to give it a try. Feel free to add me!

Would love some! ☺️

What?? That's so crazy. After what you just went through, weight loss will be NOTHING. Thanks so much by the way!

Congrats on the baby! I gained 50 lbs with my pregnancy(daughter is 17 months) and have officially lost all 50. I still have about 20 more to go until my goal weight but feel free to add me. Weightloss with a little one can be challanging but it's possible. ❤

That drives me nuts. I'm 5 ft 2 with a naturally petit frame so any extra weight is extremely uncomfortable for me. I recently lost 50 lbs of "pregnancy" weight (over eating too obv), with a few more to go. And I can't even explain how awful I felt while heavy even after I had the baby. I gain mostly in my upper arms,…

I would love to say that "cheat days/meals" don't derail me or throw me off, but they totally do. I like to save those for when I need them, like a holiday or event. But so many people sware by them to keep their sanity during weight loss. Everyone's different, do what works for you! :)

You hear alot that weighing yourself daily is bad for weight loss but I like seeing the downward trend, as others have said. So I weigh myself before breakfast every day. I think as long as you keep your mental health in check and step on the scale with a positive and healthy mindset, it won't be harmful.

This is great, I'm really excited about it. We can all do this.

Hey I'm also a stay at home mom! It definitely makes it a little extra challenging doesn't it? My daughter is 9 1/2 months and I gained quite a lot during my pregnancy and almost lost it all now. Feel free to add me!

That's great, just added you!

Good luck, I bet you'll reach your goal this time! You can add me if you like. I'm looking for some supportive weight loss buddies as well. I've been really motivated lately but I have been on and off this too. Ready to get serious and lose the last twenty pounds!

I'm with you, I'm breastfeeding my 9.5 month old and gained FIFTY lbs durring pregnancy. I sware, breastfeeding cravings are just as bad as pregnancy cravings. I've been losing on and off but need to get motivated! 5 to go to prepregnancy and 20 all together. add me if you like!
