I've just given birth on the 9th of December to My little boy and can't wait to get back to the gym! Previous to being pregnant I had been weight training for almost 4 years. It all started because I was quite overweight, was around the 100kg mark. In those 4 years I lost 30 kgs and was into bodybuilding quite seriously, and was planning on competing.
When I got pregnant I still trained, but at the same time ate alot of junk food which I'm kicking myself for now as I have about 25kgs to lose to be happy. I ended up have an emergency c-section so the process of getting back to weight training will be harder but I'm pumped!
Would love to find other mums on the same journey!

Congrats on the baby! I gained 50 lbs with my pregnancy(daughter is 17 months) and have officially lost all 50. I still have about 20 more to go until my goal weight but feel free to add me. Weightloss with a little one can be challanging but it's possible. ❤0
