Boobs!

the whole "xMORPH" thing is not exactly scientifically proven. Similarly you can't fit yourself under an 'umbrella' of ideal macros. To work out your ideal ratio, eat a gram of protein per pound of body weight, about 20-25% fats, and the rest of carbs. If you want to gain, add about 500 calories on top (distributed among…

I don't have "cheat days".. If I feel like ice cream, or a burger, or pizza, I simply fit them into my macros....

Ooh no I rather bulk in the winter. I can hide my belly under hoodies for 6/8 months!! And going out for runs during the warmer months is a lot easier!!

Please take this as a humble opinion, and one that has worked for ME, for the three bulk cycles I've done in my life. Rule 1: Never bulk past 15-16% body fat. If you make it past that, do a mini cut during your bulk to keep in check. Rule 2: bulk until you have to. Your goal shouldn't be your weight. You can put on 50lbs…

Mm okay. You really don't need more than a gram of protein per pound of body weight unless you're trying to put on weight or are doing some seriously heavy lifting. Cut your protein down to 165 and increase your carbs according.

Hi! There's a common saying in the fitness industry that states: you can't coach family. So that might in fact be the first issue you need to get your head around! Perhaps don't see your mum as a coach, but more as a training partner. Now to address your motivation question. I don't know what works for you personally. My…

Yeah what the above person said. You can't do a successful bulk without lifting some heavy *kitten* weights if your goal is to build strength and muscle. To get any form of workout from bodywork exercises you'll need to look at insanely high rep ranges, which would thus be considered cardio workouts.. Which you shouldn't…

Yeah, yohimbine (hcl) is what I was referring to, but only works not only if you're fasted, but also if your body fat is already low. Caffeine will boost your metabolism if you aren't accustomed to it.. But it all comes down to calories eaten and time spent in the gym..

Some. I bought a Fitbit charge with a hr monitor (which is gimmicky and inaccurate).. Yeah it counts steps and tracks your sleep.. Mostly I used it as a watch and haven't worn it in weeks.. Guess it depends on what you want to get out of it.. I don't count walking as part of my cardio routine, so to me it made no…

Aah.. Sorry, you meant percentages.. Makes sense now.. See what works for you.. How much do you weigh now? Given a bf% of 20, I'd drop fats to 55 grams and protein down to 180.. And increase carbs accordingly. 3x week hiit cardio and a weight lifting program.. Do it consistently and measure your results.. You should see…

Yep, as I said,, it might just be broscience..... But I found that it works for me!

I hope that's still a typo. That equates to around 525 calories..!
-
Yep. As suggested body fat % can't be measured accurately with a scale. But yourself some callipers from eBay. They're a few dollars and are as accurate as you could possibly need.
-
Just keep at it - with 20% body fat, weight loss pills won't work.. Anything you do, as long as you're eating correctly, will help you lose weight.. If you REALLY want to burn some fat fast, do fasted cardio as soon as you wake up.. And don't eat right away.. When I cut, I do intermittent fasting, which might just be…

25 fat/45 carbs/35 proteins???!

Read the ingredients. Hydroxy cut is simply using caffeine as its active ingredient. Which as I said, it's perfectly fine - if I have some laying around I take it as a pre-workout (though not for weight loss but for stimulation).. You'd get the exact same benefits drinking a (0 calorie) energy drink. Or a cup of coffee or…

Does it really matter? Weight is arbitrary. Just go by the number you see. Your real weight and body shape is still the same regardless of what scale you use to measure it. If you want to lose weight be in a deficit, if you want to gain weight be at a surplus. It doesn't matter if your scale says the number 150 or 12. If…

You're right. Weight loss pills are a tool to aid in fat loss. Having said that, i would say the majority of them use caffeine as their active ingredient. This is perfectly fine as it does boost your metabolism and thus aid with fat loss. Having said that, there are several substances that do target fat loss specifically,…

showing abs depends purely on your workout program, genetics, and how much muscle you have under your fat .. if you have years of muscle built, then abs will show up after perhaps 15%.. if you don't work your abs or don't do much heavy lifting, you might not even see them at 11%.. what's your workout routine? The best way…

hard to tell - what's your current weight/height/exercise routine? it could very well be that your calories are too low and your metabolism is slowing down.. do you do cardio? perhaps it needs to be cut down and increase your weight routine..? if you do a strength/weight lifting program, perhaps it's time to change things…
