I love coffee - and have it as my regular pre-workout drink. Then again, I have it black with no sugar. If you're having milk/cream/sugar/etc, just fit it in to your macros.

As I'm bulking I normally drink whatever I feel like - but when cutting, I drink lots of 0 calorie drinks .. diet coke, sprite, diet dr. pepper .. and, of course, i mix my pre-workout with sugar-free monster energy drinks!! :D

Depends on where you're at currently. If your body fat % is more than 14%, then cut until you're at around 12-13. Your goal for a bulk should be to get to no more than around 15%, and it should take you around 6-8 months to get there. So if you're fat, or have too much fat already, bulking is not going to be beneficial.…
