  • You are absolutely right, I screwed up by believing the numbers given by this software, i.e. 140 calories per serving which is what I used. In fact all of my calorie numbers are from this site. So! I can't believe the labels [that's OK, the fix is in] and now I discover that the numbers given by this site aren't true…
  • I measure my food by volume or by the package calories. For example: Progresso Lentil Soup is 200 calories for the entire can, or one tootsie pop [my daily treat] is 60 calories, or 1 packet of ShopRite diet instant oatmeal is 100 calories, or a large egg is 90 calories, a Thomas English Muffin is 120 calories, etc., etc.
