3 yes’s today - walked the dog in between the annoying showers of rain we’ve been having - one minute it’s sunny, next it’s raining!

Back on track today - 3 ✔️ Walked my friends 2 year old down to the playground and ran around with him there :-) tracked every bite and stayed within budget

First pass day for me. Was all going to plan until one wine turned into three and I lost the motivation to get my exercise in. Nevermind, Saturday is a new day and I plan to get extra exercise in to stay on track!
