There are pouches of seasoned tuna, shelf-stable meat/cheese snacks, and snack packs of nuts that you can get in dollar and discount stores. I also like Laughing Cow cheese snacks, but they are a little pricey and are not shelf-stable.

Social eating is a big issue. My husband and I are transitioning to vegan and working out together, so we are very disciplined and supportive of each other at home. I pack our breakfasts, snacks and lunches, so we also don't run into many issues at work. But what about Thanksgiving? What about the 4th of July? What about…

In the past, I lost plenty in my bust. I have always been large-busted, so I didn't become flat-chested, but they took on a slightly deflated look. I think this was from losing at a fast pace using mainly cardio with VERY limited lifting. This time, I plant to lose through sustainable changes to my diet, along with equal…

I've developed a dairy allergy, so it's cheeseless. We've just started ordering from a place that's more like the NYC pizza I had for 10 years, so it's thin crust. In addition to that, I get meat (it varies, but often Italian sausage), peppers (green and/or banana), olives, mushrooms, spinach, artichokes, and chunky sauce.…

Your story is similar to my story. I got down to 152 by the time I met my now husband, and five years later (almost exactly), I'm up to 236.2. It's rough to see that, but it's also depressing to lose all that progress. We both love food so much. Anyway, I set a more reasonable goal of losing 10% of my weight (getting me to…

I was on Weight Watchers years ago and lost a bunch of weight. With WW (and a TON of exercise), I got off my plateau and hit my smallest weight of 152. The switch to Points Plus made the program stop working for me (plus I started dating my now husband and his love for food and my love for cooking made for a delicious…

Hey peeps. Please add my as a friend. I've been as much as 240 and as little as 150. I've been paleo and done wheat belly and all that jazz. I'm on the band wagon for real this time, because my health is important and I want to get the habits seriously ingrained before I add kids to the mix (which are in the near future).…

Hey there, everyone! My diary settings are public. My profile pic is my current weight. I'm recommitting myself fully to fitness after half-assing it for a while. 236.2 lbs and 32 years old. Shooting to loose 10% weight by June 19th (six months from today), so my goal is 212.6. Hopefully I can lose more, but I'm trying to…

At my heaviest, I was 240. I was 15 and got stretch marks on my stomach and that was it. I went to weight loss camp and got down to 176. With college and life I got back up to 200+. I ended a toxic relationship and became obsessive about diet and exercise and got down to my smallest, 150. Then, I met my now husband. I was…
