HI, I count total carbs using myfitnesspal, I keep it below 25 a day were possible and I am In Ketosis (2).

I tend to find I get upset if uninformed people start giving there opinions related to LcHF. Its like having children, everyone that has none always knows better.

Hi There, A colleague of mine had a birthday and I had a small piece of chocolate brownie, half of it . I felt like absolute crap the following morning as I have been LCHF and ketosis for over 2 months, max carbs per day 25grams. Cheat is not the problem,its what you cheat with.
