I stopped tracking with WW several years ago, and switched to MFP. I believe I will track food consumption and exercise for the rest of my life. Just part of the fabric of my life now

Yeah, I agree, the numbers are inflated IMHO by about 2-fold. The app will routinely give me 1800 cal burned for a 90 min bike ride at 15-17 mph. HRM puts it at ~800.

heck ya, hurt my hip this winter and regained 30 of the 40# I lost 5 years ago. Struggled all summer to get a reset, still not successful but keeping at it hoping something goes doooiiing in my brain...
