I started at 305lbs and it gave me a daily allowance of 2100 (plus odd numbers) to lose 1lb a week. So if she's 300lbs then 2200 sounds about right for just under a 1lb loss a week. You probably just need to weigh your food instead of guessing based on serving sizes.

I do about 30 minutes of peddling on my mini bike a day. One day arms, next day legs and then the next day I do light weights and resistance bands to build strength as directed by my physiotherapist.
