Aw, hell... put me down for the add me crew. Looking to drop 36 lbs while holding on to lean muscle. Been out the gym since August, but back in the swing of thing. Also trying keto this time around, so let's see how this goes.

Try ingesting the carbs pre and post workout and keep low the other times. Also, you can try CKD, in which you allow yourself 1 carb reload per week. I would suggested that until you have been on keto for at least 4 weeks to make sure your body is in ketosis.
