I have days where I am over but more days where I am in deficit. I've been on MFP for 19 days with only a 1lb wt loss. What am I doing wrong? I don't meet my wkly wt goal?

That's awesome. I'm new to MFP and zumba is my main source of exercise. I've only lost 1lb so far but it's only been 12 days. I'm content that if I stick to it more weight will come off. Do you know hot accurate the wt loss predictor is?
