Wow you look amazing! How did you do it?

So nowhere near as much progress as most of you, but I think may be starting to see a difference after 6 weeks of eating at a deficit and heavy lifting...what do you think?

Hi there. I'm so sorry for what you have been going through. I've always struggled with weight in a very unhealthy way. I've never been skinny, but at the same time I haven't been as heavy as I think I am. What I'm trying to say is maybe you can look at other resources for support. I didn't come to this realization til…

Yes but the problem is I never really feel thirsty, unless I'm super dehydrated. Need reminders

I looove frosted flakes, and the milk left in the bowl. However corn flakes is probably the healthier choice. Like ppl have said add some sugar. Or use sweetened almond or soy milk and add fresh berries. The other thing my mom would do to keep us from eating too much sugar was to mix both together. That was pretty…

This has nothing to do with the topic, just curious as to why I've been seeing so many posts with the bars and keyhole in front of them

Tater Tot Sandwiches. Frozen tater tots heated in microwave, with untoasted white bread, mayo and ketchup. I don't think I could eat one again though

Same thing you do with a husband who brings you a red velvet cupcake and a Fitbit aria weighing scale for Valentine's Day! Shake your head, enjoy the treat, and move on :)

Ok nowhere near as picture or even post worthy on this amazing thread, but you all inspired me to start doing this for my VERY picky preschoolers lunch. Ordered just a few cutters and muffin liners for now. This was my very first attempt at a cute lunch...and guess what? He ate it all! Even cucumber which he won't touch.…

I'm on 20mg of extended release first thing in the morning, and 10 mg instant release at 3 pm. Sometimes it's hard to even get out of bed without it unfortunately. I'll ask my md about the b12

I also do overnight oats. 1/4 cup rolled oats, quarter cup Greek yogurt, 1 cup vanilla soy milk, 6 g honey, and 1 tablespoon each of chia seeds and flaxseed meal. Sometimes I'll add 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder or PB2 (or both), cinnamon, and my favorite is a date, which dissolves by the morning and makes it nice and…

The most upsetting thing is that I complained to my husband this morning. He's a doctor. So he comes home and hands me this article, and says he even called these doctors and asked them if I would benefit from seeing them! So much for support http://magazine.uclahealth.org/body.cfm?id=6&action=detail&ref=1174

MFP was giving me 1610...I also dropped it to 1500...keep the suggestions coming. Lol. Maybe there will be something I haven't already done

The rest of my post got cut off....so my food is very low in oil and salt. I've also got the Fitbit charge hr linked to my account and have only been over my goal once or twice. Used to run a lot, but since I started taking the adderal as a stimulant for depression, my resting hr has been 110, and cardio sends it…

Thanks for all the advice everyone. I don't log my water intake, but I drink a minimum of 80 ounces of water daily. I have water bottles all over my house to remind me to drink. I've even stopped drinking alcohol all together. Not even an occasional glass of wine on the weekends. All the indian food you see is home cooked…

It's actually .5, so 1/2 lb

Overnight oats is great for breakfast. You can prop up to 4 days worth in one evening. Then just grab and go in the morning. If you like them warm hear them up and then add some fresh fruit or nuts. Also I like to make egg muffins. You can crack an egg directly into a muffin tin, break the yolk and sprinkle some salt and…

Wow that looks really good

I can see a change in your shoulders, tummy and hips. Keep up the good work!
-
Oops. Just saw the title of your post!
-
Keep it up! How long did it take you to come this far?
-
I do see it in my tummy. The rest of me looks bigger to me

That's amazing! I'm losing about 4 lbs a month as well...still have about 20 to go. Can't wait to post my 6 month progress
-
I tried measuring but I felt like I would keep doing it at a different place each time, didn't get much out of it. I have a Fitbit aria scale which is supposed to give BF % but according to that I've gone up a few percentages. Thanks for the feedback ladies

I've been on Effexor for post partum depression for almost 5 months. Gained a lot real fast in the start. I've never had a sweet tooth but would catch myself eating mini chocolates by the hand full. Once I realized what was going on, I was able to control it better. Weight loss is definitely possible, it's just a lot…
