Well, whenever I do something healthy like workout or eat a healthy meal, I feel 10 lbs lighter, even if I haven't lost any weight. I just feel like I'm a truly healthy person, and the mindset gives me the energy to act as healthy as I feel. :)

A great way to up your calorie intake without forcing yourself to eat junk food is to eat things that are rich in healthy fats. Avacado, nuts, even beef. These things are both high in calories and good for you. :) Whatever you do, don't think that your calorie intake is more important than what your body is telling you.

Well, that's a great goal. I am still trying to do the perfect man push up but can only manage to get about half-way down. But these are very inspirational, knowing that a woman my size can, indeed, do man push ups and pull ups. :) Thanks everyone!

52 sticks of butter for me, I'm just starting out. But this is a fabulous way to think about it! visualizing 52 sticks of butter makes me realize just what a large feat 13 lbs is. :D
