  • I never entered the activity, its all just tracked from my Fitbit, its not logging my tracked calories burnt correctly!
  • I used to chew food up and then spit it out. My mum was always wondering where all the crisps and biscuits had gone which she bought the same day. Thank God that period of my life is over.
  • I think its best to log everything so you know where you are and understand if you've hit a plateau or have gained. Personally, I think cheat days are important!
