Thanks for the tips everyone. I'm not alone in hunting for the gram entries in the database, so I feel better. I haven't ever created my own entry, so I will think about trying that out for foods that I use a lot and get annoyed about having to do math for!

Bruising is related to blood platelets. Having a low platelet count can lead to bruising.
