Logging homemade juice of beets/kale/carrots/etc.
Hi, I have been drinking a cup of juice in the morning and I have been weighing the vegetables/fruits prior to juicing them, but was just wondering what the most accurate way of logging the juice would be. For example, this morning I had a 254g beet, 129g of kale, 151g of carrots, and a 216g pear. Should I just log those…
