Logging homemade juice of beets/kale/carrots/etc.

Hi,

I have been drinking a cup of juice in the morning and I have been weighing the vegetables/fruits prior to juicing them, but was just wondering what the most accurate way of logging the juice would be.

For example, this morning I had a 254g beet, 129g of kale, 151g of carrots, and a 216g pear. Should I just log those as raw foods and not worry about the loss in the fiber/slightly wet pulp? Any advice on recording homemade juice recipes would be appreciated. Thanks!

I would log it as raw food calorie count OR next time in the supermarket, look in the "health food" section at packaged products that don't add sugar or other stuff and take your calorie count from there.

Just log the raw ingredients. What you don't actually consume (pulp) shouldn't be significant as far as calories are concerned.
