Thanks everyone, it probably is something I'm seeing (or NOT seeing!) in myself... other people in my life have mentioned it and my clothes do definitely feel way looser. I think I better stop being so judgmental of myself. Geesh I'm never this way about other people.

I can assure you I am logging everything. If I have ketchup, I measure it and log it. If I put sugar in my tea that isn't Splenda, I measure by teaspoon and log it. Wk - I measure everything I eat but I don't have a scale. I usually cook my own meals or use frozen foods (like frozen baked fish) with the calorie count per item on it.
