  • Hiya, I think I will send a friend request too hun if u don't mind. I got the 30ds but found it way too agonising for me. I really ached even after 8 days and so I got the beginner shred. I really love it. I'm on day 5 of level one. I need to lose another stone really! X

  • Hiya, well Done so far. I'd like to add u too. I hAve a stone to lose and am starting 30ds. My kids r 16 months and 3 years old. Hoping to see good results in the next month. I do have treats and struggle sometimes though!

  • Thanks so much for ur advice everyone. I've been stuck at this weight for about 3.weeks. I am drinking 3litres of water so that's ok. I'm just thinking about next steps; I will continue to weigh food and portion control. I'm even thinking of increasing my cal intake for a couple of days to see if that helps. If the above…
  • Yeah I do, I have roughly 150g carbs, protein 70g fat 30g, I wonder if that's anything to do with it?
  • Thanks, It's funny but I'm really looking up 2 u as u have lost ALL that weight! I have been pretty naughty today but put everything on my fitness pal diary. Can I add u as a friend? I have plenty of exercise DVDs but can't really manage them lol, I can't really do fast pace exercise, I'm really unfit lol x
  • Well done, u look amazing! I have only lost 9lbs since mid jan from being on 1200 cals diet. But tbh I sometimes don't have the energy to do exercise. I have two kids aged 2.5 and 9 months. But I'm going to try going out for at least 30 m walk with the kids.
