Target Champion brand is my fave! I have XXL compression crops right now, they're getting a big baggy but I'm certain I could probably fit a regular L now so that's to be expected.

Thinking to pick up some new workout gear when I hit the 50lb lost mark. I've actually lost 73lbs since last year, and mfp says 55 because of when I started tracking, but I'm at 45 now for this year alone. My leggings and sports bras are all getting loose now!

My food scale has changed the way I look at food completely. But now instead of wanting 300 cals of something bad, I realize I could eat a pretty big meal of proteins and veggies for half the cals and less of the fat/carbs/sugar which I'm trying to cut back on.

I definitely still indulge at times. I think I've boosted my metabolism at this point. I have a Polar Fitness heart rate monitor/watch combo that I love. It tells me my calories burned based on my weight/height/heart rate. It constantly pushes me to go for x more calories…

You can do it :) I was 313 at my recent highest (about a year ago), restarted my weight loss efforts at the end of January this year at 285, and tonight I'm 248! 5'5 also so we're probably similarly built.
