Thanks! When I said "build muscle" I meant to say "tone" I use a protein called lean shake which seems to be working well, I'm not a fan of Yogurt or else I would have definitely tried the Special K and protein. The calculator estimated I have around 101.88 mass, I get so confused with the numbers and what I should be…
