I made mine with wholemeal and seeded flour 1 egg white and skimmed milk. I put coconut in the mixture and topped it with lemon and blueberries it was delish and i was full after 1. It was only 111 cals. I will defo make it again as a healthy snack

I always have salads a nice one is feta salad with roasted peppers and toasted pine nuts. Goat cheese also works well but need to make sure not too much

I tend to eat chicken veg and some kind of wholemeal pasta or rice for lunch before i do i drink a pint of water with 2 tbl spoons of apple cider vinigar and after i have a mug of green tea. The liquids and the healthy lunch keep me full untill dinner
