Everyone will log daily totals. 10 points per macro in the green (protein, carbs, fat and calories)

will do. so for Protein, carbs, fat and calories in the green at the end of the day you get 10 points each for a max of 40 points per day. We start March 1st. you post your totals per day.0

plus you add your daily totals together. March 1st P: 10, C: 10 F: 10 Cals: 10 total 40. March 2nd P: 10, C: 10 F: 10 Cals: 10 total 40. March 1st plus March 2: 80 points.0

holy frito binge...yikes...I've been cutting up corn tortilla's or wonton wrappers, misting w/olive oil, salting and baking...they get crispy and chippier than kale or zuke chips ... for way less fat and crap...you get 3 of either for under 200 calories...just a thought - and they only take 10 or 15 minutes to crisp up nicely...season w/chili powder or garlic salt or anything...
