40 for 3/12 + 250 = 290 (just made it with Fat. 1 gram to spare. and within 2 grams for protein.
Oddly enough, I'm having trouble making my maintenance calories of 2102. After three years of eating low cals, habits are hard to break. Who would have thought this would be a problem lol0 -
who'd have ever thunk not eating enough could be an issue...???0

look at all the pretty red Heat (although in your case it makes up for your under days...) I had an excellent day yesterday (I was dead even on fat and the zero is in red, but i'm thinking I still get to count it for 10) so 40 + 410 = 4500

SIDEBAR: Sooooo, I am trying once again to gain weight, preferably the good kind of weight. I've chickened out before but I'm gonna do it this time. I'm on a quest to add 15 pounds. On the advice of someone knowledgeable, today I changed my macros to:
Calories: 2400
Carbs: 199g
Fat: 88g
Protein: 199g
Pretty sure I got Fat covered (lol) but only 200g carbs and the most I've ever tried for 200g protein is gonna be tough. I'm already seeing after 3 meals that keeping the carbs low will be a battle. I think the macros work out to about 35% across the board.

Today I was under my protein by one! I watched every bite that I took and sat at the computer seeing just what I could eat. Cals are low and damn I am hungry. Any good low protein cals and foods out there???? I want to do good yet the foods I have done well on for my intake seem to be all high in protein. Please any low protein foods and cals?

are fats/sugar ok??? if so - avacado's, olive oil, butter - all high cal/hi fat/low protein...or if you don't care about sugars - eat fruit...or pretzels...or chocolate??0
