another 40 for me - I may keep posting in this group after the challenge, this really seems to be working and the scale is moving again - YAAY!! not hungry, in fact some nights i'm needing a snack to meet goal..which btw Rach I did up to 1400...so that's 40 + 530 = 5700

I lift three times a week at least. No set program but I do lift.

Dinner was a hodge podge of salads , meats , and casseroles. Large salad. And a couple of italian casseroles small portions. For the sake of my challengd I would say once again over on protein. This was served by the church ladies after the memorial for my aunt.

I'm the poster child for "the more calories you can eat, the harder it is to keep your macros balanced"
Decided to ease into the 2400 calorie goal.
2200 per day until 3/31
2300 per day until 4/15
2400 per day starting 4/16

well my log is all green...but I may or may not have stuck a spoon in a jar of peanut butter about 2 a.m....so i'm gonna say my fat would have been over and give myself a 30 + 670 = 7000
