I think we need to change that protein thing!! and I need to start subtracting 10 if I'm over on sodium, cause I have been every day this week....another 40 for yesterday puts me at 190, I'm gonna subtract 10 for the sodium, giving me 180.0

even with my banging lunch yesterday (fyi - same thing today it was so good) I got a 40 for yesterday + 290 = 330
