Once I started IF my hunger went way down. I only eat if I'm truly hungry. I'm not a breakfast eater my window is usually 11-7. I usually eat around 1500 calories a day. Maria Emmerick has some great books and a blog that is awesome. http://www.mariemindbodyhealth.com

I use a brand from Dr Axe. 2 scoops in my morning coffee. No flavor at all. It has helped with my arthritis pain tremendously.

I've really enjoyed these posts. Thanks everybody for your part. I have done very well so far with this WOE but my goal like others have said is to get my health back. I'm not looking to reach a certain weight loss goal by a certain time. I am right now having a huge problem walking, sleeping, or even sitting comfortably…

I would love to be friends. I started being 100% LCHF on July 5th and I am not feeling deprived at all. I really like this WOE. I have zero confidence in a lot of the treatments and past advice I received from my Drs of the past. Medicines they gave me made a lot of my health problems so much worse. I really don't think…

I start my day with BPC usually around 11:00 this is my recipe......... 16oz of coffee 2 T coconut oil 2 T kerrygold salted butter 1/2 T unsweetened cocoa Small squirt of liquid stevia It keeps me satisfied for hours
