  • I was here for the May challenge as well and just realized I never did one of these, so here it is. 1. 23, married, 3 children, Scranton, Pennsylvania. 2. Started at 250, currently 217.0, been on MFP since early April but lost 20 pounds here previously after my first child was born 3. Goal weight is 140, cutting back…
  • Kind of. My husband and I are both on MFP and I don't care so much that I eat 1200 calories a day (maybe a bit more with exercise) and he eats around 2500 calories a day, but I hate his calorie burns! We both have Fitbit Surges so it calculates how much we burn daily (including BMR of course) and on a good day I burn 2500…
  • I'm going to join again after an unsuccessful last month. I had a family emergency that took up two weeks of May and I completely got off track. This week was my first week trying to get back to normal so this challenge will help further things along! My goal is only 40 miles for this month though.
  • I think both versions look really good but in my opinion the blacked out eyes look more robotic and less human-like/god-like/demi-god-like.
  • I would like to join as well if it isn't too late. =)

  • I have had bruises too since I have started working out a few weeks ago, but on both my legs and my arms. I am always slightly anemic (deficient in iron) so I was considering it was that, but before I stared working out I wouldn't get bruises randomly like this. It must just be worse than before. I thought I was the only…

  • I love her videos too. I found her when I searched "yoga for beginners" on YouTube and one of her videos came up. I've been doing her 30 day yoga challenge since then.

  • Did you previously have another step-counter connected to myfitnesspal? I had my iPhone telling myfitnesspal my steps through the health app so when I got my Fitbit, I had to switch "steps" from iPhone to Fitbit. It worked after that. It was under settings on the myfitnesspal phone app.
  • I would like to join as well! I was 160 lbs. in high school and kids made fun of me for being fat at that weight, but after I graduated I got married, moved out, and got pregnant within a year and shot up to 240 lbs. I have stayed from 230-240 for almost 5 years now until I tried to start losing near the beginning of April…

  • I would love to join this! I have been looking for May challenges everywhere. I think challenges help me stay on track and since finals will be over next week, I will have more free time.
  • I understand, although my problem is I usually don't have enough time for three meals a day. It seems like you shouldn't skip meals often then if it makes you feel weak/tired/dizzy/etc... Also, if you are hungry, it might be a good idea to eat something, even if it's something small. And if you go over, it's not a big…
  • I almost always eat only one meal a day. It is completely fine to do this, but if people choose not to, it is not because of weight loss directly. Some people need three meals a day or more if their sugar is low throughout the day or have other medical issues, loss of energy or changing the way you feel in a negative way,…
  • Not trying to argue here or anything, but I would just like to add that I eat once a day, every single day and have been for probably over a year. In that one meal, there were times I was way over my calories, especially if we ate out, but there are other times I eat now and don't meet my calories in that meal. Just…
  • I was actually wondering the same thing. Are both for wearing constantly or just during exercise? I am looking for something that is for all-day use but is accurate for workouts, although I wouldn't mind getting a chest strap to put on during workouts if it connects with the watch and is more accurate. Is there a watch out…
  • I wish! My 5 year old keeps me up late, my 3 month old wakes me up and stays up for about 3 hours and my 1 1/2 year old wakes me up early. I get about 3-6 hours a night.
  • My husband and I both joined earlier today. I'm so excited! It seems like a lot of fun. =)
