ok if this is similar to my logging problems I was having I was told to just log in one app. I'm still somewhat confused on this myself. But I have noticed that only logging on UP keeps my negative adjustments on MFP. I don't think all of my exercise calories are accounted for this way but I don't lose any numbers by only…

I'm 5'1" I'm at 1440 to lose a half pound a week. I'm actually maintaining on this but I do tend to go over on my calories frequently. I am not in the good habits of avoiding those so tasty but not good for you foods.

It is and I don't get enough water but with MFP tracking it has helped me improve greatly. I have to think about it a lot to drink because I usually don't think I'm thirsty. I have noticed that when I do get really close to my amount of water I should be drinking that I don't snack as much.

I agree. I wear my UP2 all the time except for showering. I was one of those that logged sex but then I realized that it wasn't really truthful on my log vs. my results. My fitness tracker picks up the evening walk as an increased activity so it gets logged but the morning walk I don't. Our schedule is is a lot like yours the evening walk is much longer which is probably why it measures it on my UP2.

Yup my 24 died so I got a 2. It took me watching all the dang videos to get it figured out. Mine "randomly" goes to sleep mode too but I think I figured out it's due to the band coming loose and then when it slides down and hits my hand I think that's what does it.
