  • 12/5/16 119# (actually measured a week prior) GW 120# (this is my maintenance) my goals I just stated this AM on here are to Log and complete my diary everyday this week and to do my yoga everyday. I had been restricted for about 6 wks with a broken foot. I'm not back to 100% yet but when I am it's gonna be great!
  • Sorry for my delay. I agree. My band lately does not seem to be right. My son has swiped my band to sleep in and it is so wrong. I'm going to try to calibrate my band sometime this week and see if that helps my steps. I'm bummed that it's not accurate as my job offers a step incentive program. I've been leaning toward a…
  • this sounds great! I have been "down" for a bout a week and a half now. Yes I have forgotten about the group and I'm sorry. I need to find out what's wrong with my foot so I can get back at my exercise (I miss it so bad!) I hope to get my grove back very soon and start crushing it again! Have a super day y'all!
  • I am on UP!!! I have the same screen name there or by my name: Shannon Nigh
  • I am/have had the same issues and also dealing with no more negative adjustments happening. I have disconnected and reconnected the apps. I have tried changing my activity levels as I have become more active and this hasn't helped either. I'm getting very frustrated.
  • Wahoo! Found you all! I think I may be a weekly visitor. I hope to be online tomorrow checking everything out. I am usually off on Wednesday's so I think this can work. I may even get a fancy ticker just to see how I'm really progressing. I hope you all have an awesome day! Hockeytown 5k is exactly a month away today!…
  • Sorry I am really sucking at being active here. It's hard for me to get into routines; please forgive me. I ran last night on week 4 of the C25K app and just wow! I usually am intimidated by the increase in running each new week and this was just the same. However I rocked it out! I had almost 14000 steps for my whole day!…
  • @skippigirlsmom I love that shirt! that's going to be my new fave word! My son is the king of "HANGRY" so I will become the queen of "RUNGRY" hehehehehehehehe
  • Today will be a hot and humid run later! better keep the water flowing today! On Wednesday I upped my game on the C25K app. I had been intimidated by the next level for a bit and stayed on week 2 for about 3weeks; well with the HockeyTown5k only 7 weeks away I figured I best get over myself and get it done! How else do I…
  • you and I are kinda in the same place. I love my yoga and body weight stuff from my Sworkit app. I will be doing my first 5K ever in September! I am using the C25K app for my running which goes in a 3 runs a week schedule. So I try to do full body workouts or core strength on my non run days and then when I do run I tend…
  • Ran on the 5th about 2.5 miles with my C25K app. Need to get that run in today! Didn't do any training yesterday so I'm frustrated with myself for that. Got to get and stay on track! My 5K is on Sept 10th!!!
  • @jshepl are you running the Hockeytown 5k? I signed up and it will be my first ever! I am a big Redwings fan!
  • @CutieCait123 how far south? I am about 30 mins South of Indy.
  • From Central Indiana! I haven't had time to read through and see who's near me! I hope to get to check back later! Have a great Wednesday all!!!
  • Joining late. I began running in Nov. and have not nailed down a routine yet. I do have the C25K app and I love it! I have also signed up for my very first 5k ever and I do want to run the whole thing. I am not consistent with this at all. Hopefully this group/challenge will help me out! I have no Idea what my goal is,…
  • Mine is still going strong! It's been through a run in the rain and I splashed it big time washing dishes over the weekend. So far so good!
  • I'm definitely active through out the week; weekends are hit and miss! I'm no fitness genious at all but I love to support and be supported here! I love MFP!! I'm here more than FB if that says anything ;)
  • I am 5'1" and 36. I started at 140 and wanting to lose 20# with a somewhat active lifestyle. I was at the 1200 and I thought that was ok until I lost fast because I was starving myself LITERALLY!!!! I didn't really realize how active I really was until I got a fitness tracker. Now things have been adjusted I went to about…

  • I think when or if I leave UP that is what I will miss the most; the sleep tracking. I love the app!! I really think I'll be a FitBit user though. Most people in my physical daily life have one and I could do duels/challenges and we can support them better I think.
  • the more you input what you do on UP and even if you use the stop watch a few times it will adjust to your movements. There is (or was) a way to calibrate it to your steps but I forget how. I had an UP24 then the UP2 and for about 3 days now I haven't had anything. I love the UP app so much but considering I went through 2…
  • great info! I didn't know this. I am 5'1" and about 125 or 6#. I walk constantly at work and have began running 3x a week. I have Jawbone UP2 to track my steps and exercise (it syncs here and give me negative adjustments on m calories). If you have time you could throw in another day of running if you want to eat more.…
