I do it and I love it. I was never a breakfast person and I used to make myself eat it because I bought the myth about it being important for weight loss/metabolism/whatever. Now I skip lunch too and I like not thinking about what I'll eat during my work day (I just don't!). I get plenty of calories in my "fed" window. I…

I have my fitness plan sorted out but the premise of this post is awesome. ONE PUUUUUUUUNCH!

Changed my post because I literally posted a scale victory. Great reading comprehension Meg! I'm smaller than I've been in 10 years!

I am so sorry I didn't weigh in on Monday! I've been way off track (except I am keeping up on logging!) Aint2Proud2Meg PW: 180.3 CW: 179.5 (as of 02/18)

Aint2Proud2Meg PW 181.4 CW 180.1 Could have been better but I needed a "diet break" this weekend and ate around maintenance. Back at it today, but I was getting a little burnt out!

Me too! Down 44, but need to lose another 40!

I wanted to share my little victory for the day: I’ve figured my halfway point before but I couldn’t remember what it was. I wanted to see how far away I was from it as a mini goal. I’ve already passed it! That includes a loss, regain, and my current losing streak. I’m so jazzed! Highest weight: 225 Weight Dec 30 2018: 205…

I want to know what I am supposed to look like. I have no idea what I look like as a fit adult. I was fit for like 10 minutes when I was 19 and now I'm 32. It's not the most petty, but it feels that way because my much more wholesome reasons don't motivate me nearly as much. That's the one I hold on to.

Beka, that is really impressive! I just started doing some 5ks with people from work and I just got to where I can "run" over half of one. I just learned about the Atlanta Peachtree on a Stuff You Should Know (podcast) episode! If you aren't familiar with the podcast, the hosts are from Atlanta. Get you yo' sticker and the…

I agree with the above posters. It's just a fun little add on. However, while I know intellectually how it works is very simple, on the very short term I find it very encouraging. When I close it and see the projection I get jazzed about it on great days and I feel better about days I go a little over because it helps…

^^This. People on here are really helpful but step one is recognizing how this works. You did not gain weight on that calorie amount. There were things left out, underestimated, or forgotten about. Please understand it's not to point the finger at you or call you a liar. What you're referring to is the common misconception…

Respectfully, this is really an individual thing. Lots of people feel better waiting longer to start eating. Personally, I'm not strict with fasting, and don't do keto, but IF works for me and I'm sharper before that first meal and for obvious reasons it's easier to hit my calorie goals.

I bought this one and I love it, especially for the price. It automatically syncs to mfp/ apple health/ google fit and the price was excellent. I paid a little more for the one in white, but the black is only $32.

Feel free to add me

Well guys I apologize. I was so certain that was how it worked, but I should have deferred to you all! For my added exercise it takes away cals I've earned back ( I really did test it!), but I suppose it makes sense that it might not let you if you're syncing the two. I appreciate the correction; I finally got my mom on…

I just double checked bc I haven’t had a Fitbit in a while and didn’t want to be giving incorrect info. It does both what you said and what I said.I just unchecked mine and it removed my earned calories from manually entered exercise. I do remember getting negative calorie adjustments on my lazy days when I had my Fitbit!

Anyone can add me!
