  • I keep seeing that the misfit is too sensitive? that brushing your teeth will say you've walked 200 steps or something. Is it worth the money? I brought a dynamo one which went wrong and failed to connect to BT. Does BT always need to on for it to work?

  • Add spinach, Rocket, Watercress, peppers, sweetcorn, fish (either tuna or salmon), rye bread crutons, beetroot, peppers, fat free greek yogurt? Mint or corridander are good options too :) hope this helps.
  • I would look at the reviews on the app store, I was about to purchase on but the Apple app store said there were a lot of problems with it so you wouldn't be able to clock your calories etc. I'm too in this position, I'm tempted to go for the Misfit one.
  • If you're thinking of cheaper way for yogurt, I'd recommend easyio or something equivelant. You buy the powder, mix it with water and leave overnight and the next morning its done; there's greek yogurt ones and they're great with cereal etc
