hi, im 5"7 and currently 160lbs, i want to get down to at least 145lbs :) , im on the 1200 kcal....i exercise regularly but just do the same thing all the time, looking for a bit of motivation and inspiration :) My diary is open to frends so feel free to add

i wash it every evening and cleanse and tone it every morning and evening. im going to just wash it now before and after gym, and get a less harsh cleansing liquid and do that in the mornings :)

Haha well watch this space, i will report back here in a couple of weeks with an update of whehter my new freinds on my face have calmed down, and if i am pregnant......

I dont think its that serious, im just late for my period due to the hormone change where my body is not used to increased amounts of protein and less fat etc..., and the reason for my spots is because of me not taking my make off before the gym, and touching my face after touching the dirty gym equipment, i hadn't thought…

Im quite late for my period still too so i definitely think my hormones are messed up ! ( too much info, but its relevant)

I am 5"7, I dont burn much at the gym, usually 300-400 calories :)

Hi yep im on 1220 too, some days its fine, others it just seems so little! I tend to plan ahead a lot, and my diary is open to friends if anyone would like to add me :)

I am exercising more yeah, i tend to go to the gym straight from work so my make up is still on my face... (lovely hmm) so i should start taking it all off before i exercise. i am eating a lot different yes, cut out most the bad food really. A few friends had said to me it could be my skin having a detox :/

Loosing that large amount of weight that quickly is going to put a lot of stress on you, you may loose a lot of water weight to begin with ( i lost 6lbs in 7 days) but then it will steady out. Id get down the gym and focus on cardio and weights. how many calories a day is your goal?

I found when I was stressed I lost a lot of weight, I think it all depends what kind of stress and how it affects your appetite.... Mine was a bad break up with a long term partner and I just couldn't really eat as always felt queasy.... Everyone's different I guess :)

Thanks everyone, there was me thinking I'd done amazingly hahaha... Kinda put a downer on my day knowing that the loss won't continue to be as big :( I'm gunna be too scared to weigh myself again now I reckon!

Thanks for the reply, a friend of mine just said a out the water too. It doesn't make sense because before I would drink barely a cup of water, now I drink 3 litres a day, I don't want the weight to come back on so I will just carry on with what I'm doing I guess! :)
