it may be that i just haven't figured out how to read this app yet. But i do believe i stated correctly. I may be all over the place depending on what my lunch is. Some days it may be an egg and a piece of rice bread. other days it may be a shake which includes nut butters and nuts...and rice bread. ( i am gluten free)

Thanks spumommy for the detailed information. I really don't snack on nuts too much. i do use a quarter cup of walnuts in my lunchtime shake along with a 2 tablespoons of nut butters and a few pecans in my spinach salad. Add to that, i am gluten free and i eat my own almond bread...... it all adds up as nuts. i have a lot…

I do eat chia and hemp everyday. ..i must try avocado.

why is omega 6 and 9 not good? I also use coconut oil. .. mainly for sauteeing.
