  • I made shortbread with my toddler girl. We halved the ingredients to make a half batch, and then made the shortbread biscuits tiny so there was only 78 calories in one. Good for her and me!
  • Going sledging in the snow with my sister and dad, on my mum's baking trays. We got told off for denting the trays, and my dad ripped his flares (yes it was the late 70s). Such freedom and fun!
