Try blending instead of juicing, you will get alot more fiber in the mix as well as more of the nutrients that you lose in the pulp. Plus the cleanup isnt as much of a pain in the butt. 10 days is a long one. I only did a 3 day because I was trying to isolate food allergies. It really is a mental block you have to get over. I was amazed by day 3 how much energy I had and how NOT hungry I was. Feel free to friend me if you are looking for some support :)

Throw in some nuts. Good fats, high calories and easy to snack on. Your certainly not doing your body any favors by under eating. Youll just put your body into starvation mode. When that happens, your body will quite literally tell itself to hang onto all fat and not burn any.
