I am 5'4" and 215lbs. I always thought 2lbs per week was ok. Yes. It is aggressive, but not undoable. I think I am going to adjust it to lose 1lb per week and do lightly active as my activity level. This is probably a good place to start while I see how I do calorie wise and getting my behind into the gym regularly.

Mom to a 2.5 year old and 11 month old twins that will be one in two weeks. I work full time and go to school full time. Not sure how this losing weights is going to work, but I am going to try.

I am down. I have her DVD. Just have to get my DVD player working. Can't find the remote. I can fix that situation though. I like her workouts.

I just wanted to say hello. I live in Goose Creek. I am just now getting into MFP after awhile. I have a 6week old baby girl. Ready to lose some of this weight. Good luck!
