  • 2 things so far: Adding substance to my breakfast, like mixing protein powder into my cereal milk, helps control hunger all day. Nearly all of my calorie excess is due to booze. Not to say that I need to drop alcohol completely, but getting it in more moderation would be helpful for my goals.
