For me, I would say motivation is key! I have a ton of motivation to lose the weight, so I find it easier. Also, I don't deprive myself of anything at all. If I want cake, I eat it....BUT I keep myself in check by making sure I have a smaller portion than I would have with my old habits. Everything in moderation. Keeping…

I weigh myself every morning after I pee and with no clothes. That way I know I have an empty stomach (and bladder, lol) and no clothes to add weight.

I usually cook my quinoa and add cucumbers, feta, ground flax seed, chia seeds, red onion and apple cider vinegar. I love vinegar, so I add a ton of it, but you can sub with other things too. Sometimes I add different things like chick peas or lentils too. Depends what I have on hand and what I feel like. Good luck.
