I am down 39 pounds in 85 days. It's totally possible. I have been eating about 1500 calories a day and haven't been going nuts with exercise or anything. It's absolutely possible.

Eating lots of dulse. Chard. Millet, hemp, tons of onions and nuts. Lots of other things!

Any kind of raw fruit or veggie.. apples, snap peas, carrots. Those are some of my favorites. And a nice cup of tea. Sometimes a little almond butter or peanut butter with the apple. I need some friends too!

Champion binge eater here. Total emotional eater. I gained 160 pounds after high school. I've lost about 75 of it but was stuck in another rut again until I found this program a few weeks ago. Still have 62 pounds to my goal. You're welcome to add me! :)
